We are regularly involved in the valuation of freehold and leasehold property assets including shops, offices and industrial property in the north east area. Additionally, we have a specialist licensed property department which considers all aspects of licensed property and the licensed property fixtures and fittings.

Our residential department specialises in mortgage and RICS Homebuyers Valuations of residential property. Current valuation clients include Yorkshire Bank, HSBC, Scottish Widows, First Direct and private clients.

Property Agency

From our offices in Station Road, Stokesley, we provide a commercial property agency throughout the north east region, this includes shops, offices, licensed premises and industrial properties.

Storage Services

Within The Auction Houses on Station Road we have a dedicated storage warehouse of third party household and commercial items. We additionally provide a document storage facility and private access can be given in office hours.
