Assets Valuation and Disposal: We provide a full service of business asset valuations for sale, insurance purposes, balance sheet, takeover / merger, sale disposal and corporate recovery.

Assets regularly valued include: computers, office furniture, plant and machinery, cars, commercial vehicles, woodworking and metalworking machinery, warehouse racking, catering and trade related assets.

Storage Services: Within the Auction Houses on Station Road in Stokesley, we have a dedicated storage warehouse, where we store third party owned commercial and domestic items including machinery, stocks and documents. We also provide pallet storage and we have three forklifts to facilitate this service.

Public House and Trade Fixtures and Fittings: Throughout Northern England we are regularly preparing Inventories and providing Specialist Valuations of Public House, Hotel and Hospitality Trade Fixtures and Fittings including light fittings, bench seating, tables and chairs, kitchen equipment, outdoor equipment and cellar equipment.

Probate: Our valuation department regularly provides inventories and valuations for probate purposes of house contents, personal effects and commercial assets.

Insurance Appraisals: Our survey department undertakes property inspection and assessments for insurance reinstatement. Our valuation department undertakes appraisals of furniture and antiques for insurance reinstatement progress.
