Please note: Client’s money is held in our client’s account, situated at Santander Bank, Bootle, Merseyside and Virgin Money Bank, Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough under the name of R Storry t/a Lithgow Sons & Partners Client Account and these accounts are non interest bearing accounts.

Complaints procedure and terms of consignment for seller are available on request.

Privacy Policy – GDPR:  Use of Information.  The information we hold is solely for the use of Lithgow Sons & Partners in conducting its normal business of Auctioneers, Chartered Surveyors, and Asset Valuers.

We will not sell, rent, of share your information with or to any third party.
