Terms in relation to the Private treaty sale of the assets of Storyboard Furnishing & Design Ltd T/A Waltons Mill Shop in Liquidation subject to contract and without prejudice.

Offers are invited for the sale of the assets of Storyboard Furnishing & Design Ltd trading as Waltons Mill Shop in Liquidation,  located at The Old Jam Factory,  Leeming Ln, Langthorpe, Boroughbridge, YO51 9BU. The assets comprise stock of fabric, soft furnishings, fixtures and fittings.

1.     The vendor is not obliged to accept any offer and can refuse any offer without giving a reason.

2.     Any offer submitted will be plus VAT @ 20%.

3.     There is no Buyers Premium.

4.     The buyer takes the assets as viewed with no warranty or guarantee.

5.     Any offer from any parties who have not viewed/inspected the stock and assets could be prejudice. Viewing of the assets is strongly recommended.

6.     Title to the assets will not pass until paid for in full.

7.     Upon full payment, purchasers are strongly advised to insure their assets.

8.     The deadline for offers is 3.00 p.m. Friday 7^th August  2026. The deadline for payment / cleared funds will be 12noon  Monday 10^th August 2026.

9.     Following payment the purchaser will need to remove their assets within five working days from Friday 14^th August  2026.
